Error Code: 51010

What does error code 51010 mean and how to solve it.

Meaning:

Bot is unable to place order as your OKX account is currently in [Spot mode].  


Solutions:

1. You have to switch to [Spot and futures mode].

Go to OKX → Trade → Futures → Settings → Trading Mode → choose [Spot and futures mode], click Switch.


Notes:
1. Ensure your API key has Futures Trading permissions enabled.

2. Ensure your account is KYC-completed (required for Futures).
