Why can't I delete the API in CoinTech2u?

You won’t be able to delete your API if there are still open positions in your CoinTech2u account or in your connected exchange (OKX, Bitget, Bybit, or Binance).

To delete your API, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the activated coin in your CoinTech2u app

2. Tap [Manual Close]

3. Select [Close All & Stop]

4. Tap [Confirm]

Repeat this process for all activated coins.

This will force the bot to realise all floating profit/loss into actual results by closing the positions.

Once done, check your exchange futures account to make sure there are no remaining open positions.

Then, you can safely delete your API.
